A production company is suing Kanye West for over $7 million in unpaid bills.

Phantom Labs claims in a newly filed suit that it was hired to work on several large projects with Ye from June 2021 to March 2022. The events included four weeks of Sunday Service, a benefit concert with Drake called “Free Larry Hoover,” the DONDA 2 Experience in Miami, and his ill-fated Coachella performance.

Phantom’s lawyer tells TMZ that Ye and his team were initially prompt in making payments, but the checks eventually stopped. They claim they were owed more than $6 million by February 2022.

According to court documents, Ye allegedly promised to pay off his debt with the $9 million he was supposed to make as a Coachella headliner.

Phantom is seeking an additional $1.1 million in Coachella-related cancellation fees in addition to the $6 million debt.

Phantom is suing Ye for breach of contract, claiming that they are owed $7.1 million.
