MTV EMA 2022: Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar, & Drake Among Nominees

The nominees for the MTV EMA 2022 are out.
According to today’s announcement, Nicki Minaj is one of the top nominees for the MTV EMA 2022.
At the 28th annual show, which will air next month, she was nominated for five awards, including Best Artist, Best Hip-Hop, and Biggest Fans, making her the most nominated rapper this year. Additionally, her number-one single “Super Freaky Girl” received nominations for Best Song and Best Video.
Kendrick Lamar receives four nominations, including Best Video for “The Heart Part 5,” Best Live, Best Hip-Hop, and Video for Good, shortly after taking home six awards at the BET Hip-Hop Awards.
With seven nominations, Harry Styles is in first place, followed by Taylor Swift with six. Drake, Jack Harlow, and Megan Thee Stallion each receive two nominations, while Lil Baby, Doja Cat, and Lizzo each receive three.
On November 13, the PSD Bank Dome in Düsseldorf, Germany, will host the MTV EMA 2022, which will be broadcast live on MTV in more than 170 nations. Starting on November 14, it will also be available globally on Paramount+ and Pluto TV.
Starting today, fans can cast votes for their preferred performers across the 19 categories. Election day is still on November 9.
